Absolutely first class staff, and organisation of all services second to none. Would recommend fosters to anyone, they take everything out of your hands at such an emotional time and genuinely care for the family.

Having heard many horror stories over the years i was quite overwhelmed with the idea of planning a funeral for my father.Caroline and the team at fosters were outstanding and exceedingly professional from start to finish.I looked on the website first of to get an idea of what was needed, the website gives a breakdown calculator unlike a lot of companies.Once you meet they talk you through everything with cost breakdown and nothing hidden.A real credit to the profession from start to finish.

Fosters Funeral Directors are one of the three largest family own and run funeral directors in Scotland. We pride ourselves on being able to help families from all religions and if you require a small private funeral to grand public affair, Fosters Funeral Directors can cater for all.Over the last 10 years Fosters Funeral Directors have seen some changes, however we have instigated many of them. 10 years ago families would call a funeral director and ask them to take care of their loved ones funeral without any mention of price and over that time we have manage to promote asking for quotations to make families more aware of the varied costs of in the market place. The Good Funeral Guide will indicate that using independent family firms will provide you with better service at a better price as their name and reputation counts on it. They can now be as much as £2000+ of a difference for the exact same funeral at the Co-Op Funeralcare and Dignity. Please always remember, even if someone close passes suddenly, you are not tied to using the first company you run across on the row of your local shops, left the phone book, search the internet, make and informed decision. A family own company can remove your loved one from a multi national company and take them into their care, this happens every day as some families are rushed into making a decision quickly if its a sudden death. For any further help please call or email, many thanks.
