All of the staff that I came into contact with at Henry Isons were excellent. I have to mention Jeannette and Victoria in particular though. From the day my father passed away Jeannette was at the end of the phone to help with anything need advise and make things as easy as possible for us. Her patients, understanding and compassion made the most difficult time in our lives as easy to navigate as possible. Victoria was our funeral director on the day day was taken into church for his vigil and the following day of the funeral she talked me through everything the day before the funeral and was absolutely incredible along with her team on the day! I honestly can thank you both and the whole team enough.

Heartfelt Recommendation for Carol Brankin I am writing to express my deepest appreciation and to wholeheartedly recommend Carol Brankin, the celebrant who conducted the funeral service for my beloved aunt. Throughout the service, Carol's personable and friendly demeanour shone through, creating an atmosphere of warmth and empathy that resonated with everyone present. In my experience attending various funerals in person and online, I have come to recognise that there are celebrants and then there are truly exceptional celebrants. Carol undoubtedly falls into the latter category. She embodies the essential qualities of a great celebrant: kindness, understanding, and professionalism. Her ability to connect with people and convey heartfelt messages was evident throughout the service. Jeanette at Daventry Road was so friendly and helpful and really took all my worries away. She kept in touch with me all the time and always encouraged me to ask questions if I had any worries at all She introduced me to a wonderful celebrant called Amanda who was just perfection and I really felt that she knew my husband by the time we had finished our chat The service was personal, delivered impeccably by Amanda and I cannot praise the service from both Jeanette and Amanda and all the staff enough.
