A most reliable caring and professional team..approachable understanding and caring never for one moment was there any doubt about Oliver most trustworthy and reliable he understood and cared about mum as one of his own, always showed respect and dignity. There were many things that Mum had decided on and both Oliver and Michelle took all of this into consideration and nothing was too much trouble and Mum had what she deserved love respect and dignity, I had the consolation of knowing we had what we needed understanding and respect. From the very first phone call with Michelle, we knew we were in safe hands, Having been let down by another funeral directors in farnborough, we were trying to organise our mother's funeral from Ireland. At a time of great distress, Michelle and the team at Holmes and family took care of the funeral arrangements for us , We were treated with sympathy, compassion and dignity. Nothing was too much trouble, every aspect of arranging mums funeral was taken care of. Lee and his team on the day were immaculately turned out and showed such respect and were very professional. we weren't rushed at any stage , Lee was there very step of the way with us. Mum's favourite colour was pink and the gentlemen from Holmes and family wore pink ties on the day which was a lovely touch. The hearse was sparkling clean. We were very lucky to have found Holmes and family and cannot recommend them highly enough , your loved one is in very safe hands. So a very big thank you to Michelle, Lee and Oliver for taking care of our mum . Patrick and Carol.

Oliver, Dane and the team at Holmes and Family couldn’t be faulted for their services to my mum. They really are fantastic people! Tracey was so genuine, compassionate, sensitive and caring. She was with us every step of the way as we navigated our first funeral arrangement following the passing of our dear Ma. Always patient, never pushy; super flexible and nothing was too much trouble. We were able to visit Ma at the on-site Chapel of Rest in Staines which was local and convenient. Tracey made it peaceful and welcoming for family and close friends to say their final goodbyes. Oliver and his team of gentlemen conducted proceedings on the day with respect and professionalism. Quite simply the best there is. We had to arrange 2 funerals within 3 month of each other, and both times everything was easy to organise and we felt very well cared for by every single member of the Holmes team. Watching these guys in action on the day was just amazing, the attention to detail combined with the relaxed & respectful approach put everyone at ease & was just outstanding. We were so pleased with the whole process & we have great memories of two beautiful funerals. We cannot thank Holmes & Family enough & would highly recommend there services to anyone.
