We can only give Paula and her team the highest of praise for my husbands funeral arrangements. Their attention to detail, personal touch, going the extra mile are only a few of the superlatives we can express about them. I would say they are second to none for how they treat their customers, in fact customers is the wrong word, they treat like a friend. They made a day that we were personally dreading into a day of celebration and joy for the man we all loved. Can I also say a massive thanks to Blake who was the recommended celebrant, he mad us laugh, cry and remember Billy they way we all knew him. Thank you Paula, the rest of the Faulkners team and Blake.

For us as a family we had to instruct a funeral director before my mum had even past. From the very first phone call with Paula I instantly knew that we had made to right choice, and knew that mum would be looked after and treated with respect. Paula made the whole process so easy and she went out of way to make it stress free for us as a family, the support and kindness that she has shown us has been amazing. Paula, Loz and her team gave mum a wonderful send off yesterday, we can't thank you enough for the amazing surprise personal touches on mums coffin, even if I did nearly give you heart failure :). We will forever be grateful for the kindness and support shown by Paula and all the team. Every step of the way they did everything they could to help us, they went above and beyond many times and in many ways. We had a few difficult situations that were both trying and painful and Paula handled them with grace and care. Helping us to give our precious child the beautiful send off she deserved. She took the time to learn about my father, it not just the big things, but the smallest details, handled everything with such grace, empathy, and professionalism. I'd already met Paula through a mutual friend a couple of years ago. After half an hour chatting then, when our dad passed away two years later, there was no doubt in my mind who we should ask to look after him. At a time when my brother and I were shaken to the core, Paula was kind, gentle, listening, guiding us gently through the whole process of meeting his wishes. Over and above what we asked for, the thoughtfulness and feminine touch was evident everywhere. From the service sheets on the pews beforehand, little mementoes and discreet little packs of tissues, roses to place on the coffin..... Paula had thought that extra step beyond the usual funereal experience. Backed up by her colleague Loz, they become the friends you never knew you needed.
