Embarrassingly bad. Did not know the paperwork required to cremate a 15 week old baby. We had to return three times to sign paperwork which we allegedly has signed on the first appointment… My husband ended up having to leave work early to sign papers (yet again!) as I just could not face going there for a third time to be reminded of our baby’s death. Will never use again and would not recommend! Avoid!
