What is the size of any upfront deposit required?
Traditional Funerals we ask for disbursements required before funeral. Simple Funeral we ask for all charges and disbursements paid before funeral. Unattended Funeral we ask for all charges and disbursements paid before funeral.
When must I pay the upfront deposit?
Payment of deposit is expected prior to the funeral date.
How long will I have to pay the final balance?
Traditional funerals we require payment 30 days from invoice date. Simple & Unattended Funerals are to be paid prior to funeral.
What are my options for paying the deposit and final balance?
Bank transfers, Debit and Credit cards, Cheques, Cash, Funeral Finance and Pre-Paid Funeral Plans.
Will any additional charges apply is I don’t pay the bill on time?
We reserve the right to charge 2.5% interest per month of Traditional Funerals not paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Simple and Unattended Funerals will incur an additional £150 charge for accounts not paid prior to the funeral.
If I change my mind after engaging you as my funeral director, will you charge me (and if so, how much)?
We will charge you for any services that we have already provided and any costs incurred on your behalf.
