I cannot praise these guys enough for all their understanding, compassion, and willingness to help at such a tragic time for our family. The tremendous effort put in by Andrew and Nikki to present a personal and truly unique celebration of mum's life was nothing short of wonderfully beautiful. Mum's passion in life was Ipswich Town FC and Nikki decorated mum's hearse to resemble the FA Cup winning team coach as it was driven around the football ground. As a family, Andrew and Nikki, ensured we had to worry about nothing on the day. It could not have gone more smoothly. They accommodated all of my mum's quirky wishes and, with our consent, even added some of their own which is a testament to their perception, understanding, and flexibility. So many people commented on what an amazing ceremony Andrew and Nikki presented, all adorned in ITFC shirts, and Andrew's idea to blow the final whistle at the end of the ceremony was a charming and bewitching final farewell to mum. Thanks so much to you both and all your delightful team for transforming a difficult day into a glorious celebration of a well lived and full life.

From the first call that we made and throughout the days leading up to saying goodbye to John, nothing was too much trouble for Andy, Nikki and all of their team. Their commitment, kindness and care was exceptional and personal to all of us and above all to John.Those special touches made a huge difference. We couldn't have been in better hands.
