What is the size of any upfront deposit required?
A deposit amount of 50% of the full Funeral Account that is shown on our estimate of costs on the back of the arrangement form that is signed upon arrangement of a funeral is required.
For Unattended Direct Cremation:
We require the full balance of the Funeral Account 72 hours prior to Funeral Date.
When must I pay the upfront deposit?
The deposit is required 72 hours prior to Funeral Date as stated in our Terms and Conditions of Business.

How long will I have to pay the final balance?
Payment is required 14 Days from invoice date.
What are my options for paying the deposit and final balance?
We accept card payments, cheques, bank transfers or cash.
Will any additional charges apply is I don’t pay the bill on time?
The Client shall pay interest on the overdue sum from the due date until payment of the overdue sum, whether before or after judgment at the rate of 4% a year above the Bank of England's base rate from time to time, but at 4% a year for any period when that base rate is below 0%. All amounts due under thee Contract shall be paid in full without any set-off, counterclaim, deduction or withholding.
If I change my mind after engaging you as my funeral director, will you charge me (and if so, how much)?
The Client may cancel the Contract within 14 days of entering into it
Where the Client cancels the Contract within the Cooling-off Period, the Supplier reserves the right to recover any Quote of Costs or Disbursement Costs for any Professional Services already carried out, the supplier may charge the Client a reasonable amount for any costs incurred as a result of the Contract ending
