Absolutely brilliant service from Overmass and Chapple from start to finish. I found all the staff to be friendly and helpful . Jerry in particular, was amazing,. He was calm, professional with just the right amount of respect and sympathy for my bereavement. He replied to my emails promptly, and recommended local florist (Just Flowers) and a Celebrant Zoe Wray, and was very helpful and re-assuring, just made everything run smoothly and feel easier than it was. The service led by Zoe was everything I hoped it would be.. just beautiful! and George did a fantastic job of bringing it all together on the day. I would definitely use their services again.and recommend them. Thank you!
