Parkgrove Funeral Services could not have provided a more caring, helpful and efficient service on the recent passing of my husband Ian. Savannah was always there whenever we needed her - thank you Parkgrove.

Savannah guided myself through every step of the process and was always available if I needed her, very helpful, kind and understanding.

Have never had to use funeral directors services before losing my dad suddenly last month so didnt know where to start. But I was so extremely grateful for where we ended up. At parkgrove funeral directors. From the very first point of contact Chris explained everything brilliantly. Despite opting for a direct cremation, at dads request, Chris gave us the opportunity to visit with dad as often as we liked prior to the cremation and even helped us in creating a slideshow and playlist of dads pictures and songs so we could have a final goodbye as a family before he was cremated. The surroundings at parkgrove are beautiful but it was the small but significant touches Chris and his team made that cemented my belief that dad was in the right place. The personalised name plaque with his teams badge, the cosy room to sit with him in, the personalised playlist gently playing in the background. Everything is explained in such a simple way, nothing was too much trouble and no hidden little t & c's. Though I hope to not need any funeral director services anytime in the near future, should I need them then Parkgrove will definitely be my 1st call. They treated my dad like he was one of their own from the first meeting to the last goodbye. I couldn't have asked for any more.

Not a recommendation that you ever want to make, but a recommendation I’d have no hesitation in making. Kevin was incredibly supportive through the process of arranging my dad’s funeral and took the time to explain each part of the process, meaning at no point did I feel overwhelmed or that I had a job to do. He went the extra mile so that the funeral was personal to my dad. At no point did we feel unsure of the next stage and it was very easy to communicate and liaise with Parkgrove.
