I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy the only thing this company is interested in is money they wanted 50% upfront, On the day before the funeral they told us if we didn't pay up the funeral would not go ahead !!! we were treated appallingly at a time when we needed condolence and understanding fortunately after a lot of worry and heartache we were able to raise the £1800 in the nick of time and my beautiful mum was laid to rest. Please be aware it isn't the family this company considers important its money.
