As a family we could not have been more grateful to their help and support. We had an appointment for arrangements within a week and that was with Christmas in the middle. Within 3 weeks, we have had the funeral and received the ashes. With Christmas and New Year, we were pleasantly surprised at how swift this was. They were in communication throughout the period and offered advice and support where needed. The service was beautiful and the flowers were gorgeous. The urn was well worth the money as it is beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Everything was supported and Melissa, the celebrant suggested, did a wonderful job which made a hard time much easier. Thank you to all who work there - we could not recommend their services highly enough.

Amazing service at a difficult time. Utmost dignity, respect and help at all times. Highly recommend this business for loved ones. The care shown to my Mum and the family was above and beyond every step of the way.

Our family would like to thank Sandra James and Emma for all they done for us , they were so helpful and very professional in every way possible, they kept up informed of every procedure even a call from Emma the evening before funeral making sure we were happy with everything. Update - Emailed Owner as requested, What a waste of time. Yet again using the not 'the client' card. Disgusted that they contacted my Grandad when he is grieving instead of speaking to myself who made the complaint about things I had actually arranged with them.😡 Definitely would not recommend using these funeral directors. Staff not very helpful. Took cards in for flowers and pictures which have disappeared. Sent pictures for order of service which 2 days later was told we hadn't sent, then they found it when told they were sent. I had to sign legal papers for the funeral but then told when asked where these cards and photos were they wouldn't discuss with me as I wasn't "the client". Absolute joke.
