Just want to reiterate what others have said. The team at Thomas Brown dealt with our tragedy with absolute grace, tact, kindness and constructive contribution. Even when presented with complicated requirements and needs, they worked with us to achieve an excellent outcome. First class outfit, highly recommended.

Following my Grandmother's passing in early December myself and my family were introduced to Thomas Brown and Sons to arrange her service and committal. From the first meeting at their office to the burial in Wairds Cemetary they were professional, compassionate, respectful and were a credit to themselves at each step.My dad was incredibly worried about all of the 'next steps' following Gran's passing (especially in the lead up to Christmas) but this was all sorted by them without any hassle or sense of it being an inconvenience. On the day of the funeral, their staff were dressed immaculately and treated my Gran with the utmost respect and dignity.Myself and my family cannot recommend them highly enough. Many thanks to you all for the time and effort, it was certainly most appreciated.

As a family, we recently had to face the sudden passing of someone very special to us which, in itself, was hard enough to cope with. The practicalities of this difficult event were sensitively and skillfully handled by Thomas Brown & Sons. From the time we first lifted the phone, right through to completion of the process, we were able to entrust the care of our beloved relative, in the knowledge that we were all being treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Everything was immaculate at the funeral home itself, with a warmth that lifted our spirits and put us at ease.We cannot commend these funeral directors too highly. They offered a professional service with a human touch to suit our needs and they just got it so right !
