Emma dealt with the Funeral of my father in March 2019 and I had no doubts to return on the death of my mother in November 2022. She is excellent. She guided us through the process and we felt a weight had been lifted on our return home. The communication and attention to fine detail meant the funeral ran perfectly and gave a dear mother a good send off. The Reverend was also excellent and they worked together well. On the day of the funeral Victoria took control and handled the procedure and family very well.Thankyou.

Emma Welch was absolutely incredible. From the first moment I spoke to Emma after grandad passed and throughout the whole process I felt great empathy and compassion. Every single email and phone conversation showed a human and personal interaction even down to the small details. Emma truly listened to the conversations we had and supported in every way she could.
