After an extremely difficult and distressing experience with our original undertakers in Epsom, my family transferred my late mother’s funeral arrangements to Ed Brunskill and his sons at Brunskill Funeral Directors with only around a week remaining before the funeral. At that stage, we were deeply upset and had lost confidence following the earlier handling of matters. Ed and his family stepped in at an incredibly difficult time and immediately treated both us and Mum with compassion, professionalism, dignity and genuine care. From the moment Ed became involved, everything was handled calmly, respectfully and sensitively. Communication was clear throughout and, despite the short notice, every aspect of the arrangements was carried out smoothly and professionally. Most importantly, Ed and his sons restored a sense of dignity and reassurance for our family at a time when we badly needed it. I can’t thank Brunskill Family Funerals enough for the care and support they provided to me and my family during the passing of my grandmother. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond, not only handling the funeral arrangements with professionalism, but also supporting us through the process of obtaining the MCCD as quickly as possible.
