Garner's have been superb throughout the difficult time prior to, during and after my father's funeral. David patiently answered my many queries on an initial phone call. Liz then diligently and persistently made arrangements with the crematorium, the minister directing the service and more besides. She stayed in regular contact with us, without it becoming overbearing and my family are grateful for her support and kindness in discussing and sorting practical matters. On the day, Howard led the pall bearing team with warmth and clarity in directing those of the family who joined in carrying the coffin. Tom was polite and respectful, I have no doubt the rest of the team would have been as well although I didn't have chance to speak to them. Overall, the service that Garner's provided was excellent and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We received outstanding service for my mother’s funeral from start to finish. From our initial contact with Liz, who explained all of our options calmly and clearly, we never felt under any pressure or rushed into making decisions. She kept in touch throughout the process, ensuring we were always updated on the arrangements. On the day of the funeral, David, Kevin, and the pallbearers were exceptional. Everything was carried out with professionalism, kindness, compassion, and the utmost respect. Their care and attention to every detail made a difficult day much easier for our family. We are truly grateful for the support and dignity shown throughout the entire process, and we would highly recommend their services.

What a fabulous company. From the first phone call upon letting them know my Uncle had passed away, to the final crematorium service, Garners were by far the best Funeral Directors I have ever had to deal with. Every detail covered, nothing was too much. I would highly recommend Kevin, Liz and this lovely family business for all of your funeral needs. They honestly couldn't have been more helpful, even down to recommending the most beautiful pub on the River for the wake. My family and I are so very grateful to you all for making a difficult send off that much easier. HUGE THANK YOU from The Thomas family x

We used Garners a local family run business, very professional, from the initial bereavement notification to laying our Dad to rest, they kept our wishes & wants firmly at their focus. They did our Dad proud, it was always Dad’s wish to use Garners as he himself used this firm for his wife (our Mum some 12 years ago) they helped with every part of the service including order of service, flowers & memorial cards, we never felt rushed & Howard always said “in your own time & only when you are ready” such a emotional time which made it so much easier using Garners, thank you all so much x

David from Garners was very helpful and understanding as we arranged my aunt's funeral, with several complications due to the intervention of a long holiday period, and the fact that we all love a long way from Kingston and were arranging everything remotely. We felt very well supported.
