It was a very difficult time for me as I was the one organising the funeral although my sister had two adult boys they didn't want to do it, so I stepped in as you can imagine I still had to consider their wishes especially when it came to choosing coffin,music etc Karen helped me no end I couldn't have done it without her. The funeral was exactly as the boys and I planned it everything went smoothly and the gentlemen who drove the cars and attended to the coffin were brilliant, thankyou so much.

Today we have been in to meet lovely Karen , from the initial contact to meeting you and getting all the cremation finalised, you have been absolutely fantastic. Professional , non judgemental and such a caring individual. You really do make a difference!!
